Abstrakt
Cieľom tohto príspevku je na základe analýzy teoretických poznatkov, empirických zistení a tiež autorových znalostí a skúseností z výkonu praxe v danej oblasti, objasniť rodičovský konflikt v kontexte sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí. Pre lepšie uchopenie témy príspevok opisuje aj legislatívne rámce sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí, a s tým súvisiace terminologické pojmy. V diskusii a závere príspevku autor porovnáva jeho vlastné postrehy a vedomosti z praxe vo vzťahu k zisteniam už realizovaných výskumov iných autorov. V tejto časti príspevku ďalej v krátkosti opisuje aj niekoľko odporúčaní pre výkon praxe v rámci SR v predmetnej oblasti.
Abstract
The goal of this article is to clarify parental conflict in the context of social protection of children based on the analysis of theoretical knowledge, empirical findings and also the author's knowledge and experience from the performance of practice in this field. To better grasp of this topic, the article also describes the legislative framework of social protection of children, and related terminological concepts. In the discussion and conclusion of this article, the author compares his own observations and knowledge from practice in relation to the findings of already conducted research by other authors. In this part of the article, it also briefly describes several recommendations for the performance of practice in the Slovak Republic in this area.
