Abstrakt
Šport tvorí neoddeliteľnú súčasť ľudského života a je chápaný ako fenomén, ktorý kladne vplýva na kvalitu života človeka. Klimatické zmeny, ktoré sa neustále zhoršujú pod rôznymi vplyvmi upriamujú pozornosť na otázku ako vplýva šport na životné prostredie. Cieľom príspevku, ktorý má charakter teoretickej štúdie, je preto priblížiť bazálne teoretické poznatky z oblasti vplyvu športu na životné prostredie a taktiež upozorniť na udržateľnosť v športe.
Abstract
Sport forms an integral part of human life and is understood as a phenomenon that positively affects the quality of person´s life. Climate change, which is constantly worsening under various influences, draws attention to the question of how sport affects the environment. The aim of the paper, which has the character of a theoretical study, is therefore to present basal theoretical knowledge in the field of the impact of sport on the environment and also to draw attention to sustainability in sport.
